Mission & History
The Ferrari Market Letter was founded by Ferrari enthusiast and historian Gerald Roush. It is independent and not affiliated with any other commercial Ferrari venture or club. It was published approximately every two weeks, 26 times a year. Publication began with the 3 January 1976 issue.
In 1997 a companion online edition, www.ferrarimarketletter.com, was introduced. The online edition contained all of the text material of the print edition and was updated when the print edition was published.
Beginning 2026 the Ferrari Market Letter begins a new era with an online format. Ads are now live and editorial content can be expanded. The Asking Price Index has also been expanded with more options to historical pricing data.
From an original modest subscription list of 131, the FML has grown to have, print and online, nearly 5,000 subscribers worldwide. It is widely accepted as the bible on the Ferrari market as well as being highly respected for its informative articles and information.
