Fifty years of the 308 was celebrated at the FCA Annual Meet. It was here you could see all the variations of this model.
It’s hard to believe the 308 is fifty years old. The design is still beautiful today. Even the angular 308 GT/4 does not look fifty years old.
Charlotte displayed at least one of every model 308 made.
One, a 308 GT/4 was striking in Verde Germoglio. Upon arrival at The Ballantyne resort it called me from across the parking lot.

Like a moth to flame I passed by many other Ferrari models to see this one up close.
At the concours 308s were arranged in a central circle. It was here you could find fiberglass European and USA models.

Two valve injected and quattrovalvole models parked side by side.
Whether GTB or GTS it was a master class in spotting the various differences within each version.

Kudos to the Southeast Region for putting on a really special FCA Annual Meet.
It was well run, well organized and extremely fun. It may have been crazy behind the scenes, but it never showed. Congratulations!
