In September 2009, it had been sold to Al Pezzella of Clark, New Jersey, who had it restored between 2009 and 2011. Mr. Pezzella kept the Ferrari until its sale in 2013 and exported to the UK.      166 MM TOURING BARCHETTA, S/N 0034 M (1950). Red with tan. Delivered new on March 8, 1950, to Count Paolo Marzotto. In March 1953, Marzotto sells the car to its second owner, Francesco Donato, based in Italy. On April 4, 1956, its owner sold the car to Francesco Buonaccorsi, who decided to give it a new Spider bodywork, executed by Carrozzeria Scaglietti. The Ferrari was then sold in 1962 to Gustavo Zaccagnini. In the late 1960s, still in Italy, the car was fitted with a Touring Barchetta bodywork once again, before hitting the tarmac of the Mas du Clos Circuit in 1970 under the command of dealer Corrado Cuppellini. In the 1970s, the current owner acquired it from Nicolás Franco. The current owner restored the Touring Barchetta bodywork, returning it to its original silhouette. Lot 135P. Sold for €2.8 million.

Tipo 555 ‘Super Squalo’ 2.5-litre Formula 1, S/N 555/1 - FL 9001 (1954-55).  Extensive in-period competition history. At Spa, Paul Frere brought 555/1 home in fourth place. At Zandvoort it was driven by Mike Hawthorn finishing seventh. Into 1956 Ferrari concentrated upon developing its V8 ex-Lancia D50 design. The ‘Super Squalo’ cars were surplus and a buyer was found in Peter Whitehead. The chassis was slightly lengthened, and a 3.5-litre 4-cylinder Ferrari 860 Monza engine installed for Formule Libre racing in the ‘down under’ European-winter races in Australia and New Zealand. Later sold to local racer Tom Clark, he campaigned the car for three years between 1957 and 1959. Sold to Bob Smith who continued to race it within the country from 1960-63. Damaged at a race it was abandoned in a used-car lot in Auckland. It was eventually revived for racing by Garth Souness, who clothed the chassis with a modified Morris Minor two-door body and a Chevrolet V8 engine. The car was subsequently rescued and preserved. It passed to Yoshiyuki Hayashi, who had it restored to original Formula 1, 2.5-litre guise, and body form. Sold subsequently to Roger Willbanks, and after the 2000 Monaco Historic GP, saw it pass into the current Spanish collector. Lot  144. Sold for €1.9 million.
